Stayed for one night and enjoyed the stay very much. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and my husband and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Evening meal, clean and spacious room, friendly staff
Disliked: Having to pay to use the pool/sauna etc. This is very poor and reflects badly on the hotel.

Liked: Spacious room in the 14th floor with amazing views of the city.
Disliked: Finding out that the Spa facilities are no longer part of the room charge. At 7am I turn up for a swim to discover that there is a £10 charge that needs paying on entry and can’t be charged to the room because it is a separate business. So back up to the 14th floor to get my card, had I known when booking the room I might have opted for another hotel with a pool.

Enjoyed it, would stay again

Luxury hotel with leisure facilities....

Liked: We did not have breakfast as room only.
Disliked: Bed was a little uncomfy as I woke up with a stiff back. Bed might need a new mattress.

Disliked: Use of the pool , sauna ect not included in the price. Parking was extortionate considering we are staying in the hotel. Adding both those costs to our bill made the stay with you very expensive. We would have saved a lot staying at an alternative hotel.
