Stayed for one night and enjoyed the stay very much. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and my husband and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Disliked: Couldn't turn the air-conditioning on to cool down the room bec it was hot and I couldn't really sleep

Disliked: Kettle was broke they refused send another to my room, parking was expensive, you had to pay to use the facilities, room was freezing. Staff unfriendly and very unhelpful

dissapointing i kove this hotel...
Liked: the bath and the bed
Disliked: there was only water till 9 0 oclock due to works that night that i wasnt told about , a noisy toilet woke me up at 23.40pm an it was freezing cold when i got in the room

Disliked: Spa facilities are not included in the stay. Jacuzzi not working

Superb
Liked: The location is superb and the facilities, particularly the restaurant and bar are excellent. Cleanliness is splendid and all staff are so friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: There was a bit of a staffing blip on check in which actually took 45 minutes with only one person on duty and with issues, difficulties in contacting a Duty Manager but once past that - all excellent.
