A real treat, good facilities

Liked: It is really luxurious, good restaurants on the property, easy to get to public transport and nearby supermarket. A real treat for me. Staff always very helpful
Disliked: The mini bar could have some more options. I have tried to link in with streaming services, I gave up it was too hard

Convenite and pleasant place to...

Liked: The breakfasts were good and easy to get to. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: In the rain the car park became slippery and my traction control would engage while doing the circuits to get up to the guest parking level.

We will never stay there...

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: Had to drive 4 levels up thru a car park to get to hotelHad to ring reception 3 times on the way up for the security gate to work. Then once registered, and parking paid for, had to do ring reception three times on the way down and then each time we left and returned over the weekend. It was not clear in the lift from the car park what floor was reception. In the room the windows were fixed closed.There were only two black tea teabags provided for our stay.The staff were dismissive on our arrival and did nothing to make amends for our inconvenience with the security gate. I would have thought an offer of breakfast or free parking - but nothing. Their reaction was simply to bemoan the fact that on weekends there was no one to fix the security gate problem.
