prob wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: The beds were amazing. However that’s the best i can say. the air con smelt, i was told on arrival due to damage a lot facilities weren’t working (but i picked this property coz if these facilities) i found hair that didn’t not belong to me in the shower.

Location good, hotel average

Liked: Close to the city and reasonably priced. Staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: There was a lot of street noise, there is no on-site parking and the "kitchen" as described was lacking any sort of cooking appliances. The restaurant was closed which we had no prior warning about, the rooms are slanted making the beds tilt. We still had a great time in Cairns but this hotel needs some work.

Disappointing

Liked: room was updated and clean.
Disliked: Had to wait for reception staff for almost 30min, no apology for wait and the man on reception was very adamant about us signing up to their app, clearly trying to meet some sort of kpi goal, just for us to get checked in, very off putting.

We really enjoyed staying at...

Liked: Location is very convenient, close to everywhere, room is very nice .
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like.
