Convenient location, great for families.

Liked: This property is in a good location very close to the city centre, Cairns aquarium and lagoons. There’s free parking at the front of the property. There are pay per use laundry facilities around the corner and many restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Good location,
Disliked: Was running late for a meeting. First room they gave me the card reader to get into the room didn't work go back to reception, they give me another room, I walk in it hasn't been cleaned from previous guests, go back to reception, they tell me I have to wait while the fix the batteries in the card reader on the door of the original room. Go to make a cup of tea, all the milk is off and lumpy. Go to breakfast, and order. Waitress isn't sure what's included or whether breakfast is included in my room runs off to ask someone else. Breakfast of eggs bennie was burnt and over cooked. The whole place is by work experience kids

Liked: Location is great. Relatively close to anywhere you need to go in Cairns.Family room is good for groups and/or small families.
Disliked: Some of the staff members were a bit slow and not quite as communicative as they should be.One of the throw pillows/cushions weren't clean and I was sneezing non-stop until I put it away from the bed.
