Disliked: No room service although this was advertised on the website. Some parts of hotel need redecorating

Liked: Our room was a great size and really comfortable, all the the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was really disappointing as the hot food was barely warm. Such a shame as there was plenty of everything and lots of choice. Need more hot lamps.

Excellent hotel for our needs

Liked: Room good size Bed comfortable Bathroom clean and a realistic sizeGood facilities Breakfast excellent We also had an evening meal which was lovely but service was distracted due to an event being staged at the hotel.
Disliked: Room very hot when we arrived Tried to turn radiator off and I could notTurned down completely and no change so before we left I returned to original settings so the staff would realise it was to warm. We were leaving early and had little time to report. Receptionist was busy when leaving

Liked: Beautiful location, had a family room bed was really big and comfortable. Nice breakfast and good selection.
