Extremely Disappointed-

Liked: Not much. Cleaners great.Location great
Disliked: Lifts not working, had to use service elevator several times (at least 10 times),with room service food pizzas, etc, in the lift, while people coughing and sneezing in elevator and food not covered .Definitely didn't order food for that reason. Very inconvenienced with lifts. Breakfast was so slow to refresh eggs bacon etc ran out of time waiting and had fruit $42 ridiculous. No TV for days and called reception 4 times to only get a none fluent English maintenance man tell me after a day, saying internet down.Very disappointing, been staying with Accor for 30 years for business .This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.Some sort of refund or credit to use in WA would be the least I would expect. A total waste of 4 days and the $1600 dollars I gave to your company. I didn't extend my stay and went elsewhere. I did send an email to management, and there has been no reply after two days.

Liked: Great location, pleasant breakfast. Could improve on very slow coffee machine.
Disliked: The small room and bathroom were very tired, and they needed paint and renovations. Corridors peeling paint, very old looking. Several lifts out of order. It's definitely overpriced at $700 for 2 nights. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. No mini bar. There was no receipt even after requesting one. Long queue for checkin and checkout. Staff unhelpful. $50 added to bill, no explanation, just said it will come off, it's a hold, no mini bar, so not sure why. I've stayed here many times before over the years, standard has dropped, prices have surged.
