Liked: Valet parking & complimentary drink.
Disliked: Room on 3rd floor we were first allocated was smelly (damp), not clean & had flying bugs! Asked for a different room & got moved to 13th floor, much better with vouchers for free drinks (although rooftop bar was closed!)

Disliked: There was blood on one of the towels on our first nightThe Air Conditioning did not workWhen I tried to call reception to report problems, the phones wouldn't connect and I would get hung up on. I emailed. No one reached out to apologise and instead they emailed back and said if I still had not heard from someone then I should call reception on their landline number. They replaced the towels the next day - but only because we left the sign to say please change towels.

Disliked: The toilet was unclean. Mould on the tiles. The exhaust fan wasn't working or neither was the room air con.

Disliked: Noisy uncontrollable acon. Noisy bathroom fan. Not very clean room. Dirty swimming pool with nasty sweaty ‘white’ cushions.
