Great place to stay in...

Liked: Very comfortable. Room service was good. Efficient, good service, good food. Friendly staff at the entire property. Good service. Very good location for the reason I stayed.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the roof top bar wasn't operating.

Disappointing

Liked: The restaurant staff and bar staff were lovely, really nice food and drinks.
Disliked: No one answers the phones when you ring concierge or reception to find out what happened to our portacot we had requested. We had valet parking, but when I went to pick up the car, they didn't know where it was, but ended up finding it. I got charged twice for the room that I booked they advised I would get the 2nd charged efunded and the room was dirty and not cleaned properly. There were cocaroaches in our shower as well as dead bugs near the bathroom window.

Disliked: rooftop bar wasn’t open and pool area was a disgrace, Towels everywhere and dirty Room was average, no bin liner no toilet brush, dirty wine glasses, booked a city view and all we had was a one very big building right outside our bedroom window
