Disliked: When we checked into our room we didn’t have any bath towels! We reported this to the desk and were told some would be brought up! Several hours later still no towels so we had to return to the desk and get them ourselves!

Our stay was 3 nights...

Liked: Good location near a major shopping centre and close to trains and buses. Room was well presented with a comfy bed.
Disliked: Could have topped up the free coffee, tea and hot chocolate sachets in the rooms
