Would not stay here again...

Liked: Close to the hospital and main road
Disliked: Very dated, lack general maintenance and does not look like the photos anymore. Rooms and hallways had lots of bodge repairs, dirty bath and shower curtain Corridors stunk of weed, nothing done about it even when raised to staff. Management arguing in breakfast hall over who’s responsible for hoovering floor. Very awkward.

Disliked: Room 118. The room was not clean, the bath & sink were dirty, the room was cold the heating didn’t work, the lamp did not work the shower was cold & the shower curtain was 2 inches short! When I complained to reception at gone midnight the male I spoke to was rude & told me I could change room but by then I’d had enough!

Liked: The property is very dated now. The cleanliness of the public and bedroom areas leave a little too be desired. Sadly not the same as it used to be. Breakfast was good though.

Liked: Hotel was a sham. Woke with shoulder and neck pain from the pillows and beds. Staff on reception were good but bar staff were terrible.special of the day food was terrible
