Huge room, great staff, near...

Liked: Room was huge with a lower mezzanine that had a seating area and balcony.Amazingly helpful staff.Across from train station. But a good walk or tram ride away from city centre.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive and when we got down 15 mins before it finished there was nothing left and they refused to bring anything out.

Generally excellent.

Liked: The hotel was just across the road from the train station and tram,so the location was perfect for our needs. I don’t think I have ever slept in a more comfortable bed! And the quality of the bed linen was fantastic too. Beautiful bathroom also.
Disliked: One minor point - the huge double bed only had one bedside light, the other light was a lamp that stood on the floor, which was awkward to switch on and off from the bed. The breakfast was poor value for money and nothing special.
