Disappointing

Liked: The hotel had a car park.
Disliked: The fridge in the room didn't work as the plug could not be plugged in as the socket was hanging dangerously out of the wall. The shower had no pressure and did not spray properly- was blocked. The air-conditioning was ser so high that we had to keep the windows open. The shower floor was very dirty!!

Good location but hotel let...

Liked: This hotel has all it needs to be good but in delivery, it just does not work. Rooms are reasonable sized but the beds have a plastic mattress protector. Add to this the fact that even having the air conditioning on maximum call all night, we could only get the temperature down to 24 degrees. Amenities are cheap (paper cups for tea and coffee and towels that are small and have clearly had many wash cycles).The location is good but a lack of maintenance and cheap fittings deliver a less than satisfactory experience

Liked: Location for what where we wanted to go fabulous. Check in easy- lovely staff.Beds comfy & shower was super powerful!
Disliked: Ability to regulate temperate in room impossible- propped open window all the time as it was so hot

Pleasant hotel with good facilities...

Liked: Nice area in the Chartrons with a bus stop into the city centre just outside the hotel. Great big comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room.
Disliked: The rooms were quite dark and the towels were very thin. No bathrobes even though our room was a superior double. One bottle of water between 2 people for a 2 night stay.

A great chain of hotels....

Liked: Location was great (might have preferred closer to centre as we walked to the rail station to view a plaque my wife organised); food was great; staff were great.
Disliked: Beer was a little pricey.
