Liked: Very convenient location, specially for accommodation near the train station. Very polite and accommodating staff, we could check in earlier as our room was available. Pleasant and nice lobby area.
Disliked: Paper thin walls, no wall insulation at all. We could hear every word and move from the room next door and unfortunately they were not quite at all. And our room was by the lifts which made it worse. Also the shampoo that was supposedly on offer had finished and not been refilled.

Liked: Room spacious, very clean and comfortable with everything you could want in a hotel room.
Disliked: Our room was a bit cold even with hot air fan on.

Liked: It was a comfortable room with a very nice breakfast, but the location was the best feature, with a tram stop just outside.
Disliked: The kettle didn't work, and the bathroom handle was loose.

Liked: Tram stop is few steps from Novotel. Tram C,D pass in front of the hotel and direct to city.

Liked: Very convenient to the station and tram links outside the door, with lots of underground secure parking available. Modern decor, friendly staff and great sized room. My partner said the breakfast was good.
Disliked: No complaints at all. Everything was great.
