Disliked: The building is very old. Small room, no services. Worst of all the area around the hotel is definitely filthy

Liked: We were upgraded to a suite by the kind staff as we were celebrating twenty years of marriage. Bordeaux is brilliant and the hotel is well situated.

Excellent rooms close to the...

Liked: The location is excellent. Only one tram stop away from train station. Large rooms with balcony. Restaurant was good.
Disliked: I had orange juice with breakfast on the first day but was not available on following days.
