Very enjoyable

Liked: We found the staff very friendly and helpful, from house keeping to the reception desk, one in particular was Bruna who not only helpful but very informative about the surrounding area.

Poor, bad planning to put...

Liked: Our family room was in close proximity to a function room with very loud music. We had our two young children with us and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. The staff agreed to move us to a different room but it was 11pm and we had to pack and move all our stuff. Very disruptive. I would like to log a complaint and respectfully request a full refund

Liked: just two things to mention about our room:1. The hairdryer is so inconveniently placed.2. The plug sockets were broken.

Liked: Convent location, spacious rooms
Disliked: Booked breakfast, but buffet breakfast was down stairs so my friend who is a wheelchair user couldn’t get down to pick his own meal. Staff did usual thing of speaking directly to me to ask if this was okay, rather than asking him or even acknowledging him

Liked: Staff great, breakfast is abit overpriced and I didn’t like being pushed the night before or else paying over £17 for it. Room was quite dated.

Liked: Hotel stunk of damp the room was absolutely boiling everything was old fashioned.£17 for a breakfast
