Great location, great staff, would...

Liked: Great location. Everything was walkable. Parking, great reception area and huge outdoor space where you can have drinks etc. Rooms were a good size, bathrooms nice. Aircon didn't work really.

Convenient and friendly

Liked: Directly across from the train station which suits a late train or plane arrival arrival or conversely an early departure in the morning.

Liked: Mr Alfredo was resistant to help me to find a slipper pair the others like mr nicko was extremely helpful for everything thanks to them

It’s a rather expensive place...

Liked: The bathroom was spotless and appeared to be brand new. The courtyard garden area was a nice respite from a busy city and area. Room was spacious and there were spots for everything to be stored. There was a water cooler available to fill bottles - nice touch. 10-15 minute walk to the historic city center. Depending on your route, you’ll walk past stores, under covered walkways or through a less retail area. Always felt safe, although the train station area is a bit more gritty than more touristy cities like Rome, Florence, and Sorrento. Go to nearby Galliera 49 for your gelato. A locals choice, the quality is excellent and the flavors unique.
Disliked: Could not get the air conditioning to cool the room. It was not hot during our stay but still, the room would not cool. The hallways are dorm like. One front desk person was very inviting and helpful. The other was robotic and clearly too busy to be bothered, with anything other than handing over our keys and pointing out the general direction of the elevators.
