Liked: We had an initial.problem with our room as it was very noisy outside and you could hear the noise when the windows were closed. I reported it to Reception who resolved the issue very quickly.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor. The items were not replenished in a timely manner.

Liked: staff was friendly and welcoming, location was close to everything you need and room was very good will be staying here again.

Comfortable, quiet and friendly hotel...

Liked: It was easy to check in, the room was very comfortable and warm, with easy to control heating/air-conditioning, and no noise. The staff were very friendly on check in and check out.
Disliked: The TV claimed it had a feature to cast streaming services from my phone to the TV, but after multiple tries using different streaming services, I gave up without success.

Liked: Excellent location as visiting a nearby theatre. Beds were really comfortable and nice and warm.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice .
Disliked: If getting up at night to go to the bathroom,a light sensor would be brilliant,instead of having to put the main light on
