Very disappointing & will not...

Liked: Convenience plus bed was comfortable
Disliked: On a positive note. The beds are comfty and rooms sre a lovely size. On a negative: The cold water in the bathroom did not work. The night lights beside both beds did not work. There was a kettle plus 4 cups but no water. I went down to reception at 7am to report water issue. Was directed to the bar and had to pay £4.75 for a 750ml of water. On checking out I advised them again to be asked "did you report it" . The breakfast area was clean with a variety of food. Other than the yogurt, fruit bread and danish pastries everything else was not nice. The building needs complete upgrading and definitely needs a paint plus new carpet. You would think if housekeeping was doing their job correctly they would notice no cold water and lights not working. Definitely won't be booking again

Liked: Restaurant always kept clean tables kept clear, breakfast food always topped up, found the staff very helpful and friendly, bar staff very helpful and obliging very comfortable area. Will definitely stay here again.
