Disliked: The location of the hotel. If you needed to travel to the hotel by public transport it was not possible as it was a very difficult way to get there. As the roads and highways had no way for walking passengers to get to the hotel.the staff were unpleasant. The breakfast was low standard. I paid for a privileged, king sized room. The bed was a double instead of king size. The pool was small and the staff was rude.

Disliked: No wash or shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Shower door didn't open fully as blocked by handle (room 314) Room was cold. Unable to get the thermostat working to make it warm. Paying £5 for the car park on top and being unaware of this Lack of selection of non alcoholic beers Ketchup wasnt heinz and tasted different. Just not the same.
