Liked: Very perfect location! Very nice Mola italian restaurant on a side. Reception staff super friendly.
Disliked: Kitchen or bar staff wasnt nice. Somehow got my attention Nadin, liked wasnt happy about child beeing around. And staff one says child can have breakfast for free and another says no, not possible. So maybe lack of communication.

Great location, clean room, comfortable...

Liked: The location was great and everything was clean and comfortable. We were just using the room to sleep while exploring the city the rest of the day, so we were not spending much time in the hotel. They have umbrella rentals in the lobby, which many guests will likely find helpful. There is also a free filtered water tap in the lobby that offers both still and sparkling water.
Disliked: The photo over the bed and on the shower is a bizarre choice and a tad unnerving; additionally, there is no control over the thermostat and the room was very warm. When we made the booking we wrote that we would be arriving very early (est 5:30am) and hoping for luggage storage. Nonetheless we did not receive a friendly greeting upon on arrival - one staff member was visibly annoyed, and verbally expressed the annoyance, that we had arrived at the start of their 6am shift. I have previously worked in a hotel for the 11pm-7am shift and would have coached my colleague if I had watched this interaction take place. We had no expectation to be checked in - we just wanted to know about luggage storage and when the room would be available later that day (although we did decide to book an extra night at rack rate so we could check-in immediately, since it was offered). Regardless, it was not a good impression to show up after a red-eye train to a cold welcome. All other interactions with staff were positive, and I know people sometimes have bad days.
