Short Break

Liked: Short break after visiting friends in Sandy. Worked out perfectly. Great location, lovely weather, staff made the stay very comfortable and Bedford town was well worth the visit
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Scarce customer attention with bad...

Liked: the room was clean
Disliked: The staff registered our vechicle in a wrong way and we received then 2 fines 60£ each + 60£ of administration fee due to unregistered vehicle in the parking area. After 8email, we have obtained NO REFUND because not in the regular internal procedure. Unbelievable from an international chain. I do not suggest this hotel mainly because of this and in particular for the attention to the customer.

Superb

Liked: Everything except I couldn't figure out the bed side lights.
Disliked: There were four side lights two on each side of the bed. The larger ones had a switch on/off, but the smaller ones didn't, so I had to remove the key card so as to turn them off. Perhaps there was a switch and I didn't see it, but if there isn't, there should be, otherwise going to the toilet in the middle of the night can be a bit tricky :D
