Not pleasant or enjoyable

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: The room smelled like a blocked toilet, old decor, not 5 star at all. The spa facilities were not available during our stay which was the whole point of being there and they sent me a menu to book our Christmas meal and then said they were fully booked before we got chance to reserve so had to travel out of the way to find somewhere to eat a Christmas Day meal

Gem of a hotel

Liked: A gem of a hotel good food polite staff clean and comfortable. Shower buttons a game changer nice to warm the rain shower up by not getting blasted with cold water .
Disliked: The knifes for the breakfast would cut a marshmallow Nothing else
