Liked: Large car park, large breakfast area.
Disliked: The coffee in machines was awful. Not enough staff behind the bar. Poor quality sausages. Lift out of order. Food in restaurant poor choices, mostly unhealthy foods.

Disliked: Hotel gives an impression of grandeur hut not quite. Room missing a few touches. No bin in the room. No fresh drinking water, 1 paper cup in the bathroom. Coffee, etc not replenished. No usb points and no phone to contact reception. The key card was repeatedly not workingEvening meal had to be booked which wasn't an issue. Waited an hour for food to arrive, and eventually asked what was happening. Few things missing from the menu on Friday night. Once food came, it was not the greatest of quality and overpriced. Cancelled our booking for evening meal for the Saturday night.Attended conference at hotel on the Saturday. Once again, one small jug of water to a table of 10 was never replenished. Lunch was below standard and not appropriate for lunch options we were given was extremely overpriced. The salad option was lettuce, tomatoes, and cold potato in salad creamI'm not a fussy eater, and as long as I have a warm, dry place to sleep, i am happy. Looked forward to coming home to get a decent meal
