Pleasant
Liked: The location of the hotel was great, the staff was friendly.Breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: The parking on site is a useless complication. The price is exaggerated for the energy the guest has to put into it. The parking space changes daily, therefore front desk has to be called each time you want to park (as guest cannot open the parking door anyways) and the parking is not adapted to bigger cars.

This was a pleasant and...
Liked: Great breakfast held onsite. Room was lovely with good balcony. Private and very clean. Bed was comfortable, great bathroom, wifi and tv was a good size and positioned nicely to watch from bed if so desired.
Disliked: As we stayed for 2 nights - Milk, coffee and sugar sachets were not enough. My husband and I only had enough for 1 coffee each per day, and luckily for me he doesn't take sugar.Food for thought: Would you offer to call uber services for clientelle? These would be good for older travellers who are not so technically savvy and don't wish to drive as taxi prices are astonishing in Auckland city.
