We will be back!
Liked: Location was great, we had an event on at Spark Arena which was a we bit further away than I had thought but still only a 30 minute walk. Breakfast included was excellent, lots to choose from!

Great hotel, clean room
Liked: My room was actually quite nice and really clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The location was a bit far away from downtown but that was my fault as I thought I had booked on Customs St but that Mercure isn't there anymore

Superb
Liked: Bathroom was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant attached and breakfast were good too.
Disliked: The surrounding streets didn't seem very safe

Great hotel for a city...
Liked: Clean and modern, great location for events at the Town Hall
Disliked: Accessing the parking is a bit confusing to work out. It’s a long uphill trek from the viaduct area so be prepared.

Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately
Liked: The location was good at the top end of Queen street by K Road Staff were friendlyWe were able to check in early which was niceRoom was small but comfortableLuggage Storage available
Disliked: Balcony (courtyard) room which was directly behind a parking building. Felt a bit unsafe as anyone could jump the fence and the camera on the building in our courtyard would not stop someone if they wanted to. We also had a glass thrown into the courtyard which smashed everywhere, I walked out at night and got in my foot. We informed reception and housekeeping in the morning, by 3pm the glass was still there and a HHS issue. I had to go and ask housekeeping again to clean this up.No turn down done to the room, this is something I would expect for $700+ for 2 nights. Also terrible/non existent phone coverage in our room (313) so if you want to make a call you had to be outside.
