Short stay in Alice

Liked: Great location, room was a great size, restaurant had tasty food, staff were helpful, friendly & professional. Pool was refreshing & open till 10pm.

Liked: Beds and location was good. I found several things not working in the room we were in ( safe, tv remote, ) . Bathroom floor and area not cleaned well. Asked three times to have the room safe and other items fixed. No one cane to fix them. Deck staff Keith saying they told the manager.

Liked: Great location to everything. Beds so comfy and beautiful meals at the restaurant.

Disliked: The rooms could be improved on. Our family was separated despite requesting rooms close to each other. Our family was allocated rooms in a very old part with old bathrooms.
