Wasn't allowed to stay

Liked: Wasn't told until arriving that I wasn't allowed to stay there anymore. Really deflated my trip just as it was beginning
Disliked: Lack of communication & the inconvenience of having to find somewhere else

Liked: Goed location. Facilities were ok.

Liked: The bathroom was not very clean. The shower recess had hair from a previous traveller in it and it remained there for the 3 nights I was there even though I asked for the room to be cleaned each day. The bathroom tiles were also dangerously slippery the first night I stayed. I had to put towels on the floor to avoid slipping on it. I did not experience this the following nights as it was obvious the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the cleaning fluid/residue had been removed by the towel on the floor.
Disliked: The hair in the shower recess. The slippery bathroom floor tiles.

Liked: Nice and quiet, so relaxing, needs an extra two or three elevators
Disliked: Was put on the very end of the top end room, whilst all the other rooms weren't booked out with shared doors, would've been good if we were located closer to the reception with the elderly people and a pregnant woman , apart from all that everything was great
