Liked: Very responsive and helpful. We had a delay and we were not gonna make it on time for the restaurant reservation, however the receptionist emailed us the menu and had our dinner prepared in time for our arrival time. So grateful. Hot water and pressure very good. Very quiet during a Saturday night. Breakfast was yummy

Great location, staff not so...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Location is amazing.
Disliked: The man at reception was rude, correcting my grammar and also ruined a surprise for my friend’s birthday by telling her about the balloon set up and was not apologetic at all. Very rude and made the start of our trip not great for birthday celebrations.

I enjoyed the stay but...

Liked: the reception staff were very pleasant .The restaurant staff were not talkative at all.
Disliked: I think the decor is very tired now and needs some renovation and attention
