Not bad

Liked: Room was super small and no natural light at all parking far too expensive and unclear on instructions room was not worth £100+ that we payed.

To much noise from pubs...

Liked: The hotel and the breakfast was good but if you want to sleep this is not the hotel for you to much noise from pubs until 2am not a good experience

Liked: A bit tired.. carpets/soft furnishings etc..Sofa in room was very uncomfortable..

Comfortable for the most part...

Liked: The location was superb! The bus stop is immediately outside the hotel if you need to travel by bus, otherwise the City Centre is right around the corner to access everything you could want. The staff are also very friendly and professional.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit dated and the room smells a bit musty. The walls are not sound proof so I was able to hear people passing by outside in the street as well as through the hotel corridor, every door that closed, people using the stairs, and even someone snoring at night in another room. The breakfast options a bit limited as well.

Liked: The receptionist could nit have been more helpful and the night porter got us more milk and sugar and was so cheery
