Very comfortable, convenient and affordable.

Liked: The location. The breakfast was nice and great selection to choose from, even a menu to order but the buffet needed topped up at times. The bar was also nice and staff very pleasant. The amenities in the room were great and very good check in and check out times. Also parking to the rear.
Disliked: The staff were very friendly apart fromThe waitress at breakfast time. We found her to be a bit rude and certainly not as friendly as other members of staff. Also, at breakfast time they ran out of eggs and bacon and we had a long wait for more to be cooked. We ended up not having either due the wait. The same waitress wasn’t very pleasant or helpful when folk were asking. The hotel was nice but is looking a little tired and dated. The windows were only single glazed so we could hear a lot of noise from bars across the way and were steamed up the following morning but on a whole, nice hotel and would stay again.

Excellent, have stayed many times...

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional, room was bright and clean with location to theatre, town centre not to be bettered. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional, with the added bonus of parking facilities
Disliked: Fridge in room did not work
