Disliked: I dont know why Mercure hotels do not have a toilet brush in the bathroom just checked out of the mercure in Perth the same thing

Liked: Great central.location
Disliked: Something as simple as door key not working, twice, was a tad inconvenient. 4th floor, so pretty fed up by the time it was sorted. Room very small, with the size and positioning of the TV a bit weird. TV was almost as big as the single bed.......A very different experience to the Mercure at Tallinn Airport, which I stayed in the previous week.

Liked: The room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower was great! Great price aswell.
Disliked: The car park was too small had to park out in the back road luckily there was a pay and display space

Comfortable bed in a cozy...

Liked: The room was very comfortable. I loved the rainfall shower head in the bathroom! The paid breakfast was delicious and met what I expected. The location was incredible, right in the heart of the city center; no more than ten minutes to plenty of shops, cafes, and museums. All the staff I spoke with were friendly, warm, and generous - definitely makes all the difference for a solo traveler!
Disliked: Unfortunately, the elevator was not operational during my stay, which meant walking up and down three flights of stairs any time I came and went. While this wasn't much of a concern for me, I can only imagine how difficult this was for guests needing accessible accommodations. Hopefully management will be able to address this accessibility concern soon.

Excellent location and breakfast provision

Liked: Very conveniently located for the Music Hall and central Aberdeen. There was an excellent choice and standard of food for breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful when I was disappointed to have a room with a window very close to a stone wall and moved me to one where I could see the sky.
Disliked: Nothing
