Our stay in Aachen

Liked: The staff from the restaurant was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to Natalia, for her excellent service during the breakfast buffet! The reception staff was helpful and also friendly. The breakfast was delicious and well-sorted. The hotel has a relaxing view from the restaurant, where there is an outdoor area with a pool.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room we got first had hair on the bed sheets. Very obvious long and short hair. After informing to the receptionist, we got a new room. The rooms had one additional pillow. My dad took it and then we had another incident again. The pillow had two dry blood drops. I told to the reception the next day. It was not nice to have this experience in a 4-stars hotel, especially a brand from Novotel. The reception addressed our problem and apologized to us. Housekeeping changed the pillow.Not mandatory to have but body lotion would have been nice as an amenities (the hotel can provide other amenities per request)

Liked: Massage chair in lobby is super cool. Kids loved it!
Disliked: Breakfast was not too good. Not enough croissants and line for them. Not fresh juices (not even orange) Maybe we were so unlucky but if you go on breakfast one hour before it’s done, the chances that you’ll get everything are super low
