Pleasant

Liked: The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was good.
Disliked: The room was not so clean, hair on bathroom wall and floor. Random wet patch next to bed side.

Clean, good location and comfortable...

Liked: Massage chair in lobby is super cool. Kids loved it!
Disliked: Breakfast was not too good. Not enough croissants and line for them. Not fresh juices (not even orange) Maybe we were so unlucky but if you go on breakfast one hour before it’s done, the chances that you’ll get everything are super low

This hotel has all the...

Liked: The Room was clean, tidy.Saturday bar staff were rather good.
Disliked: No catering or bar staff on a Sunday evening. (That’s a B&B not a hotel).The whole of comfortable seating was reserved off on the Saturday night for 2 people to have a meal next to the fire for most of the night.Returning to 6 riot vans and riot police on the Sunday afternoon was unnerving due to a convention being held in the hotel.Rather far from the city centre but they want €13 euros a night car parking (ibis in the centre is cheaper parking).Bedroom was quite cold even though the temp was turned up.Water on the service trolley for other rooms, ours was an empty fridge?
