Excellent all round

Liked: Lovely atmosphere and staff friendly and welcoming. They made Christmas morning extra special by leaving gifts outside each door.

A fantastic quiet stay away...

Liked: I have no complaints about our room (31) What I am going to write in the complaints Is not a complaint about how the room was itsJust something that would have been a nice option.
Disliked: I would have liked the option of being able to Turn the main bathroom lights of & just having The smaller sink lights on while having a relaxing bath.

Liked: the lounge area was cosy most of the staff were attentive and always ready to help
Disliked: spa area cold especially the pool. staff reaching over to grab plates while you are eating. no reception area bath robes don't cater for larger people
