Disliked: The room was musty and dark.

Lovely hotel, rooms and location,...

Liked: The location was great, having a gym and pool was amazing. Were able to get treatments (massages) for extra cost which was okay. The food portions both for dinner and breakfast are very small and it took a long time.
Disliked: Had to wait 50 minutes for a very simple, small portioned breakfast. Coffee was unfortunately not included in the breakfast price. Extra costs like for the use of the hot tub seems unnecessary when paying for “gym and spa access”

Nice place, badly managed what...

Liked: Location was good. Gym was good.
Disliked: When arriving no one to speak to. Had to walk round trying to find someone who worked there to help as the book in machine goves you a room number but you gotta try and find it. Asked for a food menu and it had 2 dishes on it salmon or meatballs which is poor compared to advertised restaurant. Also for a spa hotel to not have any bookable spar treatments dont make sense. Cant really call it a spa in myOpinion.I paid extra for parking, yet it was a free for all and anyone could park in there car park.Breakfast services was very slow, had missing items from the breakfast and had to wait extra 10 mins for them to bring beans out, the rest was then stone cold.
