Well-situated hotel in the heart...

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the city of Stratford. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean.

Disliked: Using the service entrance to get to the room. Smelled like a disgusting kitchen storage room. The smell of nasty grease all through the hallways.The fifteen bucks for parking wasn’t exactly awesome either.

Liked: Excellent location! Very friendly staff who catered to our needs. We will be returning. We attended the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Our server Cas was great!

Location is spectacular, and loved...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely on Sunday morning and luckily we came down before the rest of the city arrived. It was standing room only by the time we departed.
Disliked: We hoped to be able to dine after the theatre but the restaurant was taken over by a private event and so want available.

Liked: Great facilities, Kitchen, BeerHall, Hotel and location, reasonable parking fee per day. Town venues are within walking distance, park and enjoy.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say about these facilities and staff.

A great first trip to...

Liked: This location was great and convenient for sightseeing and wandering the town. Conveniently located near many restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with a super comfy bed.
Disliked: City view was ok but noise when the pubs let out was kind of annoying. Stairs were a definite bummer. I had hoped to have a included breakfast for the price but this was not the case.
