Disliked: Waited 45 mins in a Q for check in. We are in our 70s and room was 651 with no lift from floor 4. Room had a strange smell and we put that down to i the room was also used for people with dogs. We were not told this was so but the door hangers warned staff of the opossibilty of dogs within. My wife is allergic to dog hair and so was having to use a ventilater to ease breathing. Bar shut at 10:30 even for guests.

Disliked: Breakfast was embarrassing. Not food at all.When we arrived ar 9:30 tgere was not food at all. The gentleman was trying his best but there was no food and choice.

Service used to be better...

Disliked: Took way too long to check in over half hour in a queue every customer in front they were trying to up sell breakfasts and dinners instead of hurrying up the process. No extra staff was called to help check in despite there being 20 ppl waiting to check in. Disappointed that it is now a extra £5 per person to use the facilities and there is no bar food anymore just a crappy buffet for £25 a person
