Liked: Location and cleanliness Staff was helpful too .
Disliked: Pillows as they were too big for bed and too fluffy They should have choice of smaller and bit firm pillows .

May stay again, Breakfast staff...

Liked: The lady who did the breakfast didn't speak much English but wow, she was amazing. You ask for coffee, you get two. She brought out cookies and fruit and it kept coming. This is on top of the actual breakfast bar that is set up. Certainly worth the $10 they charge. The staff upon arrival was direct. Not really a warm welcome but efficient non the less. The location was amazing for walking into Frankfurt. In the direction of Frankfurt downtown is was safe and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The other way, towards the train station it became a little more sketchy. The red light district is about 4-5 blocks away and doesn't affect the hotel at all but if walking in that direction, just know its there. Nothing happened and we felt safe, just that area is more dirty and more homeless.
Disliked: The area towards the train station is not so good but we still felt safe. The walls seems quite thin as we heard the comings and goings of everyone.
