Liked: Beyond the gorgeous property and stunning views, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating to me during my entire stay. From start, when I arrived early, to finish, when they helped me book a car to the airport and everything in between, I am forever grateful to the people who made my stay in Lisbon SO extra special. I didn't have air conditioning and they were quick to resolve my warm room. I was greeted with sweet little candies as a welcome when I arrived and the staff was always available for a recommendation and a hello every morning. I appreciated how clean and sunny my room was and it was perfect spot for my holiday.

Liked: Lovely, quiet hotel with the opportunity to enjoy the views from the terrace.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The hotel was spotlessly clean.Super breakfast including a continental buffet of cold meat & cheese, crossant & pastries, fresh fruit & yoghurt, cereals, and a freshly cooked breakfast to order.
Disliked: I would prefer more traditional breakfast seating rather than the low sofas, chairs, and tables.
