Short city break in Lisbon

Liked: Relaxed & comfortable hotel in peaceful cul de sac. Staff welcoming & helpful. A few minor issues keeping up with replenishing supplies at breakfast at busy times , & keeping coffee hot enough.

Liked: Great reception staff, comfortable and very clean
Disliked: Service in bar/terrace and breakfast very slow. Whilst the staff here were friendly, we did not feel looked after or attended to. Tarnished an otherwise good stay.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: The Alfama district offers a wonderfully tranquil setting for this lovely and clean hotel, which is well-equipped. The staff are incredibly attentive. I would highly recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing
