Fabulous location to all of Falmouth's amenities including the beach, town and the Pavilions. We will most definitely be coming back.

Liked: Helpful team; clean and tidy hotel. Great location for town, sea and Pavilions.
Disliked: We did not have any bad experiences at all.

A clean and welcoming hotel...

Liked: Lovely location. The property was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the small games room and the sauna and hot tub were a fantastic touch and the rooms were very modern and spacious. Breakfast mornings was always welcoming and served quickly with a wide choice to suit mists tastes.
Disliked: Only if I had to be very picky to find something wrong. The evening menu was quite limited but again that’s only to try and find a fault and potentially was due to the fact it was off season etc

Friendly helpful staff and a...

Liked: Really nice hotel with lovely staff, who genuinely cared about every guest. We turned up a bit tired, windswept and frazzled and were met with a lovely warm welcome, checking that everything was OK. I had hoped to check in earlier, to make sure we could find a space in the car park, but by the time we arrived, there was one space and it was a bit tight. Mentioned this at reception, and she assured me she would have found us somewhere to put the car, even if there wasn't a marked space left. As parking is expensive and limited by time in Falmouth, this was hugely reassuring. The room was pleasant and fairly spacious, the WIFI good (important for my teenage son), the bathroom and shower good. Breakfast was good too, and again, it was made better by staff that were friendly, helpful and efficient. There are views out over the sea from the lounge room, so you can watch the waves rolling in as you eat, and the walkers and runners making use of the cliff road to exercise. We really liked the location - it didn't take long to walk into town, it was easy to get to and it isn't very far from the station if you're arriving by train.
