Fabulous location to all of Falmouth's amenities including the beach, town and the Pavilions. We will most definitely be coming back.

Liked: Helpful team; clean and tidy hotel. Great location for town, sea and Pavilions.
Disliked: We did not have any bad experiences at all.

Overpriced for what you get

Liked: Breakfast was good and there was a large selection to peak from.
Disliked: Very old style beach resort hotel. It might have been ok some years ago, but needs refreshment.First, the structure is quite weird with so many separation doors in the corridors, and connecting step. You can get easily lost and take time to find where your room is.Room was small, and the bathroom even smaller. The bathroom flooring is PVC - not appropriate for rooms with water.Located on the other side of the city centre. good if you come here for the beach, but for if you are looking for the night vibe.Overall, overprice for what you get.

An OK one night stay

Liked: Good location with lovely views over the bay and close to the Princess Pavilion which we were attending that evening. Parking was easy and available. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly despite coping with a coach party that had booked in on the night we were there. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Although the view from our room on the second floor was outstanding, the room itself was tiny and rather dated. Finding the room in a maze of stairs and fire doors was quite an adventure - I'm really glad the fire alarm didn't go off because getting out would be a nightmare. The double bed was small and uncomfortable. Somehow, a shower, toilet and tiny sink had been fitted into a bathroom that could have been no more than 5ft by 4ft which made having a shower almost impossible and there was no space to put anything.

Very good

Liked: Clean Room, Good Breakfast and easy onsite parking during my stay.
Disliked: Internal Bedroom walls not well sound proofed as had a Noisy Snorer in one of the rooms every night. The quality of Coffee served at Breakfast could do with some improvement as not very good.
