A Great Family Run Hotel

Liked: A great comfortable clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good location for local traffic.. A delicious complimentary assortment of breakfast pastries
Disliked: Absolutely nothing everything was good

Great option for a night...

Liked: Compact single room but has everything you need. Best thing was the warm welcome by the receptionist and an unexpected free breakfast. Couldn't fault the staff - I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Single room on lower floor is by the stairs so you can here people coming and going throughout the night. Bring ear plugs.

Superb

Liked: First of all thanks to all staff who helped me with my huge bike box :) They are so kind and helpful, I can't thank enough :) I liked the location, it is easy accessable and in a good neighboorhood. They have complimentary breakfast and you cant say no to amazing coffee & croissant in the morning.
Disliked: Room was nice but sink is too small to wash your face :)

Historic, quaint, charming, wonderful location,...

Liked: The staff was amazingly kind and polite. The morning breakfast, although simple, was very delicious. My kids loved the homemade pastries. Once again, the staff was so friendly, we felt very welcomed. The location was very good. There were several quaint restaurants within walking distance. Also Victoria Station was a short walk away as well. The neighborhood is beautiful with a lot of history. Overall, it was a very good value for a historic hotel in the middle of Westminster.
Disliked: The rooms were on the small side.

Exceptional

Liked: It is located very close to Victoria station incase you would like to use Circle line but also Pimlico Station is 4 minutes walk. Also there are very nice restaurants for dinner.the staff were very polite .
