Location was great.And a big...

Liked: Able to check in early which was wonderful since I had flown in from the States.Issue with phone not working so had to go to reception as was told they had a phone adapter for me. After waiting over 2 hours finally purchased one.Also the toilet when flushed just kept running for 15 or more minutes.

2 stops from King's Cross

Liked: Comfortable room with lots of space. Nice bathroom with a good power shower. It took some time to work out the light switches and aircon- I didn't get it right and the fan came on loudly at 2am presumably because it had gone out of temperature range. ( Some form of written instructions to stop this happening would be nice)Good breakfast selection with a calm atmosphere - I think there was every variation of breakfast available Short walk from Old Portland Road and Regent's park underground stationsDirections to rooms from the Foyer could be clearer, especially for those using the stairs
