Rooms walls are not soundproof...

Disliked: Rooms walls are not soundproof at all you can hear the one next to you and behind you or in top of the room and all over the hotel, any one walking in the corridors you can hear everything they say, and anyone who closes his/her room door it shakes the hole hotel due to the hotel walls are gypsum board and you feel there is no walls. In addition, i am sure the staff know about that but when they clean the rooms you feel they shake the hotel with their cleaning and shutting the doors hardly and speaking loudly with another staff. Really basest experience for me in a hotel where i could not sleep at all!!

Bad. Just bad. Especially for...

Liked: Well. For the first time in three stays here, water didn’t leak into my room.
Disliked: Woman’s hair in my shower. Have pictures. This is time 3/3 stays that this has happened. Guest services somehow lost my bag in between the desk and my room. Just again disappointing. Especially for over 500 pounds for one night. At this point I’m pretty sure I come back just to see what’s going to happen next so I can further discourage my company from recommending them.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which was perfectly located with many sightseeing spots within walking distance. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
Disliked: On the downside, we stayed in a connecting room, and the soundproofing was quite poor. However, it didn’t bother us much and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.
