Great views but Too expensive...

Liked: The views of our room!
Disliked: The room was too simple for the 4 star hotel. No coffee machine, only small sachets. No bath robe or slipper. No plug for shaving or hair straightener in the bathroom. Only 1 plug in the main space of the room. Very bad internet. The breakfast was cold the first day, all food. Too expensive for what it was!!

Old stinky "junior suite" room

Liked: The location is not bad
Disliked: They think only about the money. After they skyrocketed the prices for me at the time of the flood in Valencia, I changed the room from "the Junior Suite Level" to just "Junior Suite" and it was a very old room with a stinky carpet. We had an allergy after sleeping there. So if you want to sleep there not like a dog, you should pay extra for the "level" room, otherwise, it will be something like a 2-star 30-year-old hotel.

Disliked: On the day of the flood in Valencia, we understood that could not come home and booked semilux for 4 people. The next morning after breakfast I checked the room availability in the Booking, it was plenty of rooms with cheaper prices. I came to the reception to extend the room for one more night. The man in reception started to say "You know the weather, I should ask my boss" he went to the boss and came back saying "We will tell you in 15 minutes", but I asked the price, and it was 750EUR per night!! I told them that I would book from the app much cheaper right now, and in the app, they increased old prices to 90 euros, while I was waiting for him! So NEWER tells them you are in trouble, NEWER tries to book the reception, they will just increase the prices!! Better not to come to this hotel anymore.
