Very bad

Disliked: I can say that ı am not happy for this choice.because we made a reservation to see what hepping in plaza l’ayuntamiento.but the hotel direction has closed the roof floor and has rent this floor agains money to the privates companies.if I knew this I would stay in an other hotel in very best conditions.Secondly they give us a very bad room.ı think because we are booking.com.I insisted to take better room but they didint accept.we passed from valencia to madrid ı will explain my option about madrid hotel it was worst.Finally ıt was by a very bad hotel experiance for me and for my wife(20 of march was the birhday of my wife) fortinuty we choose our restaurants ourself.I will thing about all this thinks for my next trips.Best regard

Liked: The lobby was very old fashioned and stylish. I like the red light in the bathroom, that’s all.
Disliked: The WiFi connection was awful!!! Don’t choose it if you need to work. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are old. There’s no ventilation system in the bathroom.
