Comfortable

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Missing pillows in room. There were cushion but no real pillows. It took 3hrs but before late night I got the real pillows.

comfortable rooms with great views

Liked: Great location, modern rooms, and excellent service! Melia La Défense offers stunning views and easy access to central Paris—perfect for both business and leisure stays
Disliked: One downside was that the room temperature was a bit hard to control—the climate system didn’t respond as quickly as expected.

Disappointed on the above reasons

Liked: Liked the rooftop lounge. Which I had visited several times before.But on checking in to stay for the first time it was disappointing for the following reasons.But on Thursday night it was privatised then on the on Friday the lounge on the ground floor was also privatised which when you are only there for two nights wasn’t ideal .

Passable

Liked: Location is good - easy with Metro Line 1 to get fast to the city.Rooms are spacious for Paris standards.
Disliked: We got rooms that were under maintenance. We got them changed then. But check in management was poor.
