Superb

Liked: The entrance; bar area, library and general vibe were good and always a pleasant fragrance
Disliked: Breakfast area was split between 2 rooms which meant back and forth for items. Restaurant area too small

Liked: Beautiful hotel, and a surprise personal service of balloons and chocolates for my daughter whose birthday it was. Very touching indeed.

Liked: Everything! It's all very thoughtful and well considered. The food was a massive bonus for us, and absolutely delicious. We loved being able to have a relaxing range of food and drink in the bar when we arrived. Usually hotels don't offer food until the evening. The staff couldn't have been more lovely or made it easier for us to feel welcome.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit overcrowded!
