Liked: The staff especially Sonica she was amazing
Disliked: The cleaning staff didn’t do their chores on time when we left the hotel and got back the room wasn’t serviced yet

Liked: A very central location. A beautiful entrance and a friendly service. The rooms are comfortable and there is always some extra luxurious touch, either it is a set of biscuits or free coffee, tea or an extra topper for the mattress.

Liked: The location, the facility, all those sweet little extras like free water, biscuits, sleeping mask, dental kits, Nespresso coffee and tea. The service was great: friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Some rooms were unavailable due to carpet works
