Liked: Location couldn’t have been better. Indoor shopping mall with multiple floors, food, court, and restaurants, connection to the Metro, movie theater , train across the street, buses, taxis and walkable to many attractions. The hotel itself is on a main street with views of the city or water views, which are amazing. The staff is wonderful and Maria was very helpful and kind. The beds are comfortable. I had a single serving of Portwine and chocolates in my room . Comfortable bathrobes and slippers. The beds are so comfortable.. breakfast is offered with some packages. I did not have that but look forward to my next day where I will try it.

Liked: The view was amazing. The location was excellent lots of public transportation. Easy to get taxis or bus and train station next door, Large Level multi level mall across the street with restaurants and food court and also has a metro connection. Many desired locations for tourist stops nearby, such as the aquarium.Wonderful coffee machine in the room. The room was equipped with an elliptical machine.. I did not have breakfast. They had a nice area for eating if you have that with your package..

Liked: I LOVE this hotel! I've been there twice now, and I will return every time I'm in Lisbon. The rooms are very clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I felt so very comfortable. The wine and chocolates in the room were a nice surprise, and they have the best beds of any hotel I've stayed at. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a "20."

Liked: Staff was attentive, accommodating and extremely helpful. Very happy and plan to stay if Melia in future travels.

Nice stay, made up by...

Liked: Location, staff, ease of checking in. Hotel reception and bar nice. Also liked the fact i didnt have to use keycard in liftThe final room i was in was nice. Staff dealt with the issue i had very very well.
Disliked: The floor i was on initially had work going on. There was a smell of drains in the room that took a bit of time for staff to come and inspect. Then after a reminder and someone did come they tried to mask the smell. This wasnt acceptible in my view and after a trip to reception they switched me immediately - so staff are brilliant. The facilities need a bit of work.
