Comfortable and well located, staff...

Liked: Comfortable beds and well equipped room, great location
Disliked: Staff were friendly but did not comply with any of my requests. They brought sour milk to my room, did not fix the broken bathroom rail despite asking 3 times, did not clean my room when I asked and tried to make me pay the city tax twice. Pretty awful service overall

Nice but not a very...

Liked: Everything was super nice specially the food
Disliked: The bed wasn’t in our preference. Me and the boyfriend woke up full of back pain, neck pain too. Beds too stiff

Superb

Liked: The room was a reasonable size, clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for the city - especially as we were close to the Christmas markets. Also right next to a tram stop.
Disliked: The only annoying thing was nothing the hotel could do anything about and that was the barking dog that had obviously been left alone!

Perfect weekend city getaway!

Liked: The hotel was beautiful, clean and had a luxurious atmosphere. The sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day and the breakfast the next morning was delicious and varied.
