Disappointing

Disliked: Old- smelly carpet- very poor service at breakfast - no bathrobe in the room - shower was not fixed, it kept on coming down so I had to hold it during all the shower. No minibar

Disliked: Paid for a twin and after i paid they said wasn’t guaranteed.MSG twice to request and gave arrival timeTold I arrived too late as need to request housekeeping to sort the beds was then after 20 mins of waiting put in a disabled roomRoom was not cleaned or replenished that well and the shower hose was too high for me to reach to turn so it was facing me and not the wall - glad I wasn’t in a wheelchair which is what the room was set upFor. I had to ask for someone to come and sort it out !

Liked: As always spacious room, lovely shower, bed, good location for visiting the Kunstpalast. Near restaurants, shops, metro.
Disliked: The key card didn’t work one afternoon. Unusually, our bed was also not made, no fresh towels or clean glasses and the rubbish not taken out. No apologies.
