Comfortable and well located in...

Liked: Comfortable rooms, good airconditioning, well located in the business district of Madrid, good breakfast. Fitness is above average for a hotel.

Liked: Breakfast is great. Room super comfortable.
Disliked: Check in took to long. Our booking vas mixed up with the wrong type of the room. Staff vas helpful to arrange all but it took bit of time.

Liked: Facilities, location, breakfast.
Disliked: The lady going into the breakfast hall was rude about my wife's Spanish which seemed unnecessary. She said the Spanish say the room number differently and when we used a different way, that was deemed incorrect too.
