Liked: Large room and good location.
Disliked: Not enough power sockets in the room. No power sockets at all in the bedroom. Most other sockets are disabled when the lights are off, so you cannot use them for charging the phone overnight.No facility to hang the closes in the bathroom. No soap next to the tube, only in the shower. Opening the bathroom door requires force. Weak people cannot get out without help.Breakfast: good, but bot more than that. They do not refill many products. If they refill, it takes a long time.Most of the time there is a lack of glasses next to the coffee machine.Almost every day, and sometimes twice per day, the electronic key does not open the room. You have to return to the reception, wait in the line, to reactivate your key. Once they even told me that they are busy and asked me to return later. I told them that I pay for the room, and if I cannot get in, I must ask them to reduce the payment accordingly.There is a coffee machine in the room, but they do not refill the capsules. If you stay longer than a day, you are supposed to purchase your coffee.Air conditioning: it is a fiction. you cannot really control the temperature. You can only regulate the input air at the temperature the hotel manager is willing to supply.

Wonderful hotel

Liked: The location is very good, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great shower and bathtub. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.
Disliked: We did encounter a problem with the heating in our room, but it was promptly resolved by the front desk and the maintenance team.
