Comfy, good service, beautiful hotel
Liked: This has become my regular go-to when booking a hotel in Poblenou. Consistent, luxurious rooms comfy beds good service options and easy to get to. Perfect.
Disliked: The only thing is the TV, you can't add your own netflix etc so It's pretty useless. Don't know why more hotels haven't just accepted that this is what people want from a tv, their own apps!

2-star experience for 4-star prices.
Liked: Friendly staff. Close to public transport.
Disliked: We arrived in time for our check in but our room wasn’t ready for another hour. We were given access to the 24th floor lounge as compensation- and the free snacks and drinks were appreciated. We were told we were getting a room ‘upgrade’ for the trouble - but if that was the upgrade I would not want to see what the lesser room was like. The room was small and dark - the windows did not open so the room was musty and there was a lot of dust and fingerprints on the surfaces so I’m not sure it was cleaned properly. The design of the rooms was very strange - there was a huge glass window between the bedroom and the toilet?! Not a lot of privacy if you’re sharing with your friends! The hotel is quite far away from the centre so you have to rely on public transport - but this was easy to navigate.The pool was awful - it is tiny and freezing cold! The hotel doesn’t get a lot of sunlight so we were completely in the shade for the whole afternoon and it was quite cold. We were also led to believe the hotel had a spa - but then were told that the spa is actually a separate business just operating in the same building?! It cost a lot of money for spa access, even without treatments, and there was no one around at reception to answer our questions so we gave it a miss - this was disappointing.
