very bad experience !

Liked: The room was not completely cleaned as there were battom packs in the floor near the courtins, the TV not working, the door opener inside the room was damaged and I was locked in my room during thenight. Had to call the reception. after several attempts no one was answering finally someone answered.and to make it worst, in the room close by my mine there was a group of vandals making heavy noise from about mid night till lattter than 03:00 am making impossible to sleep
Disliked: the poor maintenance of the facilities - TV not working and the inside door in the room damaged, as well as thenoise caused by a group of vndals in the next room to mine

Lovely room in easy access...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable but no wifi or usb points. The receptionist when I called regarding wifi said she'd send tech services, after 30 minutes no one had come so I called back and she basically blamed me and told me I'd have to come downstairs to get on wifi
Disliked: see above and the shuttle driver was very rude

Liked: The complimentary shuttle bus from the airport was easy and excellent

Very comfortable hotel

Liked: We used the excellent shuttle bus service to/from the hotel.They also had a room ready although we arrived 2 hours before check-in time after an overnight long haul flight - so this was much appreciated.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The hotel is really nice, good breakfast, nice location if airport prozimity is important. Spacious comfortable bathroom and comfortable beds. Overall nice atmosphere. It looks much better on the inside than outside.Room is very spacious ,has comfortable tabel if you need to do some work.
Disliked: If you count for their shuttle in the morning, be aware that if it is too many people, they will not consider taking another shuttle, even if they asked your time of departure. They will just push you all in one bus with all the bags, and will be really rude and inpolite if you ask if any other shuttle is planned for the same time.They are nice until there is a problem than they turn into not very polite people. Their answer was like: yeah, it is too many people what we can do, take anithwr vus for instance, you knew exactly how many peopel it s going to be?! And we wete on the edge with time so taking taxi at that moment could cause being late to the plane.Probably it does not happen every moring, just be aware this is possible. Abd be ready for their rudness. It was unexpected from the hotel call themsleves 4 stars, but here we are.
