Liked: Lovely room outlook and dinner was lovely.
Disliked: Too warm in room and controls made little difference. Breakfast very poor as lack of choice - expected a lot more from this hotel.

Liked: Everything. I was with family for my 60th birthday weekend. Driving up and a first glimpse of your hotel was something else. The feel of the place is warm, welcoming and luxurious. The staff welcome on every encounter wasn't just a 'gotta smile and get the day done". It was genuine , friendly and made pur stay. Thank you.

Consistently a great place to...

Liked: During the past year we have stayed fairly often due to work trips. All of the staff are excellent and the rooms very comfortable. During our last stay, due to a minor hinch, we needed to change rooms in the middle of the night. The staff on duty arranged this for us within a few minutes. We were very grateful. We can recommend eating in either the bar or Pineapple restuarant. Waking up to see swans, ducks and jackdaws (not to forget the highland cows) adds to the enjoyment of our stay.
