Exceptional
Liked: Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. My son plays piano and had a recital to play as soon as we got back from holiday. We mentioned to the staff that we were looking for one to practice. It turned out they had one in storage and moved it into a private conference room so my son could practice. Exceptional. Will go back for sure.

I feel really disappointed and...
Liked: The room is clean
Disliked: I booked a room on Book.com and upgraded to a city view for an extra $60. However, on my first night, I didn't get the city view room. I spoke with a staff member at the reception, and she offered to move me for the next three nights. I declined because I had already spent a night in the room without the view and had a lot of luggage. She said she would talk to her manager and call me later about a refund, but NO ONE contacted me in the following days.When I checked out, I asked for the refund, but I was told that the hotel hadn’t received any request from Book.com. I needed to contact them myself. I called the number on their website, and the staff said they would check with the hotel and get back to me. Instead, I received an email saying they couldn’t reach an agreement and needed more documentation, which I had already provided multiple times to the hotel staff.This whole process has wasted a lot of my time, and I’m really DISAPPOINTED with the customer service at Marriott.
