Great pool and location

Liked: Staff were friendly and location was great. Easy for parking and next to District Docklands for shopping and dinning. Room was spacious and comfy. Infinity pool was nice and you could order food and drinks through the QR code making it easy
Disliked: There wasn't enough day beds at the pool. I did stay on Boxing day so it was a busy time to book a stay-cation, however there were so many people and they were leaving their bags on the floor. There was also a delay in dry cleaning and not enough towels. Our room was facing the street so it got a bit noisy with the trams. The doors would also pull close very quickly as people were leaving, and the doors would bang loudly

Okay but expected a lot...

Liked: Modern rooms.
Disliked: Pool was small and too many people allowed in, a lot of mess and food all on the ground. No in-room movies or streaming channels. Hotel room doors are very loud - can hear neighbours entering which is disruptive when trying to sleep.

Disliked: The price of average food and drinks at the rooftop bar is ridiculous
