Liked: This is our 4th stay. I love staying there, close to shops, undercover car parking with a fee. Appartment was clean and tidy, needed more things for cooking, all in all very happy.
Disliked: Just getting a bit picky, the sliding doors to the patio needed a clean

Disliked: Good evening,My name is Jessica Bailey, and my husband, son and I stayed in your accommodation on Monday, 2nd December, in Apartment 103. I’m writing to provide feedback on our experience and to request a resolution regarding the issues we faced during our stay.Upon arrival, there was a strong chemical smell in the apartment, which I promptly reported to reception. Shortly after, we also noticed a plastic bag tied around the smoke detector, completely covering it. I informed the receptionist, who was very courteous and attended our room to address the issue. However, she was unable to remove the bag, so I assisted in doing so.We aired out the room by leaving for a short time, but upon our return, the chemical smell remained overpowering. To address this, I initially attempted to contact the motel through your website and via text message to the confirmation number provided, but I did not receive a response. Eventually, I called the reception directly, and the same helpful receptionist suggested two options:1.Use an air purifier to help remove the smell (requiring us to vacate the room for an hour, which we couldn’t do).2.Provide rollaway beds for us to use in our family member’s room 106, which was not feasible as they were already asleep.I ultimately requested a fan to circulate air in the room, but despite this, the smell persisted throughout the night. Unfortunately, it was so strong that it caused me significant discomfort, including a migraine, sore throat, irritated eyes, and sleeplessness.The situation was quite disappointing, as the apartment itself was clean and well-furnished, and the bed was comfortable. I had been looking forward to our stay but left early the following morning feeling unwell. Since leaving, I have experienced ongoing symptoms, including a sore throat
