Liked: location
Disliked: I had an awful stay at this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it. The facilities are extremely outdated, with mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere, and even bed bugs in the room. The staff were impossible to find when needed, and the check-in SMS instructions were confusing (no one replied to my messages for help).How can a hotel operate like this? No assistance with directions, filthy conditions, and zero customer service. Never staying here again – save your money!

Liked: Good transport to the area. Lots of good restaurants are available in the area.Room large and clean with comfy bed.
Disliked: It's a bit far from the Center of Melbourne.No WIFI was available.

Liked: Kew area is good with good access to the public transport network and restaurants
Disliked: The room we had was a little 'tired'. The shower was quite weak and difficult to adjust the temperature.

Essentially wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't return.
Liked: The walls were fairly thick so couldn't hear neighbours, but could hear them all in the hallway
Disliked: It's basically unstaffed so have to call a mobile to get let in, even though I arrived at the expected time.They take a $100 dollar deposit incase you "trash the place" but want over a week to return the funds which I didn't know but was really annoying to be treated like a criminal first up. They also take all your bank details and portray it as compulsory - and then find out later it's to store your details in case you want to "book in with them directly" next time. The bedding has no quilt cover, it's just a blanket between two sheets which was gross. There's also signs in the room saying to keep the room in the same way you found it or they were going to charge a cleanign fee, made me anxious they were going to try and find any excuse to not return my cleaning deposit.
