Liked: location good nice large room good facilities
Disliked: that old school no tv channels watch outside normal tv eg fox sports movies netflix stan very out dated dont like how take 100 deposit you take lot time get back you if want take money be courteous check out check room yet dont get no when get money back sms or email very ordinary small chain hotel sure lot people wont book in future again

Management need to add staff

Disliked: My TV had no picture. I could hear it but there was no image on the screen. The air conditioner was dripping and leaving a mildew patch on the floor.As I was checking in a lady was complaining about the cleanliness of her room, the person working there told her "sometimes we don't get time to clean the rooms before someone checks in because it's only me working here the whole day".I also don't see why a scan of my licence needs to be held on file. A record of my licence number should be sufficient.
