Great value. Clean facilities. Close...

Liked: The staff were very friendly, welcoming & informative. The cleaning staff kept the showers, toilets & kitchen attended too.
Disliked: The pillows....very little to complain about!!!!

Liked: clean, convenient location (supermarkets, food, transportation etc), decent price, comfortable beds.

Liked: Very clean, centre position, close to Southern Cross station and tram stop.
Disliked: The hostel has 4 floors, but no elevator, not suitable for big luggage. The breakfast is poor, just breads, milk, tea, jam, butter. No eggs, no salad... Although each floor has separate men's and women's toilets, there is still a shortage due to the large number of guests.
